General cargo vessel Volzskiy 45 ran aground on Don river in the morning Apr 20 13 shortly after leaving Rostov-on-Don, bound for Turkey with 5,000 tons of corn on board. As of 17:00 Moscow time Apr 20 vessel was still aground. Reportedly, owner is preparing a salvage plan.
