Statoil extends its charter of Eidesvik PSV
Statoil has extended its charter of Eidesvik Offshore’s LNG-fuelled PSV Viking Energy by a further two years, commencing at the end of the vessel’s current charter in April 2016. The contract has a further one-year extension option, Oslo-listed Eidesvik said in a filing today. “The Viking Energy was the first LNG fuelled PSV in the world when it was delivered in 2003, and has been on contract for Statoil since delivery.
