Detention in Antwerp

Currently, two ships are detained in Antwerp, besides the 'VC Victory', which had arrived enroute from Huelva on Jan 5, the 'Nafisa Jahan', flying the Bangladeshi flag. It was now up to the ship owner or operator to rectify the situation. The violations found on the 'VC Victory' and the 'Nafisa Jahan' were confidential and subject to investigation. The ships can only be released after a new inspection.
