Fire department responded to medical emergency
A medical emergency took place on the 'Vanquish', en route from Tilbury to Gdynia, in the port of Rendsburg on the afternoon of Dec 22, 2025. Firefighters and paramedics were called to the ship and assisted with the medical emergency on board the freighter. The fire department was on site with its telescopic mast platform, which was extended to gain access to the wheelhouse. The ship continued its voysge shortly before 4 p.m.
