Medevac after fall on board
On Sep 9, 2020, a crew member had to be medevaced from the 'Valaris DS-12'. He was semi-unconscious after having fallen from a height of four meters. The ship requested an aerial evacuation. It anchored in the southern bay of the port of Las Palmas. The Helimer 222 helicopter was deployed to assist. The patient was hoisted and transported to the Negín Hospital in Las Palmas.
