Drill ship detained for unauthoristed passage
The 'Sonangol Quenguela' was detained on Oct 15, 2019, at 9 p.m. nine miles east of Tanjung Balau. The drill ship had lacked the necessary permits for moving through Malaysian waters. The vessel had 43 crew members on board.
