Tanker escaped undamaged in attack on Fujairah
The 'Jag Laadki' sailed safely from Fujairah port on March 15, 2026, carrying about 80,886 metric tons of Murban crude oil bound for Mundra. The vessel had loaded at the Fujairah Single Point Mooring on March 14 when a drone attack triggered a fire at the nearby oil terminal, temporarily suspending some loading operations. The ship and all Indian seafarers on board remained unharmed and completed loading before departing at 10.30 a.m. IST. Fujairah has resumed operations post-incident, though return to full normalcy remained unclear. The tanker arrived at Mundra Port in Gujarat on March 18. Medevac in South Atlantic
On May 9, 2021, the Argentine Navy medevaced a crew member of the 'Euronav' in the South Atlantic. The operation was carried out by the Naval Prefecture 550 km from Comodoro Rivadavia. The man was safely hoisted and taken to a hospital ashore. The tanker was enroute from Long Beach to the port of Angra dos Reis when the man fell ill.
