Fire on fishing vessel
Corrugated packaging caught fire in the morning of Sep 21, 2014m on board of the "Bagration" with 51 crew on board some 40 nm southeast of Shikotan island, Kuril Archipelago. The fish factory "Kapitan Efremov" (IMO: 8897588) moored the distressed vessel and assisted the crew in fighting the fire, which was under control on Sep 22 at 9 a.m. The "Bagration" sailed under own power to Yuzhno-Kurilsk roads off Kunashir Island before proceeding further to Nakhodka for repairs.
