Trawler towed to Båtsfjord
On the afternoon of Feb 20, 2027, the 'Severyanin 2' suffered engine damage 20 nautical miles north of the Syltefjord in the municipality of Båtsfjord. They needed a port of call and a place to fix the engine, The NSSR lifeboat "Reidar von Koss" was mobilised at 4:26 p.m. and reached the casualty at 5:55 p.m. The trawler was towed to the quay in Båtsfjord in dense snow. The "Reidar von Koss" ended its mission back in Båtsfjord at 10:25 p.m. The 'Severayanin 2' remained stationary in port as of Feb 24.
