The "Sea Opera"was detained again on March 20 in Zhuhai with eight deficiencies, four of which being regarded as seriously and grounds for a detention: 1) Water/Weathertight - UMS - Alarms Not as required 2) Water/Weathertight - Ventailtors, air pipes and casings Not as required 3) Radio communications - Recognized Mobile Satellite Service / ship earth station Not as required 4) Cargo operations - Cargo transfer - tankers Not as required The vessel was released again on March 24 and left the port enroute to Singapore.
