Tanker grounded near Podyapolskoye
The "Ayaks" ran aground in position 42 59 12 N, 132 18 30 E, in the Bay of Podyapolskoye, Sea of Japan, on Feb 5, 2019, at 10.05 p.m. The Russian MRCC deployed the tug "Svoyevremenny" to assist. On Feb 6 at 1.30 p.m. the tanker was refloated during high tide with the assistance of the tug. At 2.10 p.m. it was moored at the Podyapolskoye Sea Terminal for inspections. The tank barge sailed from Vladivostok on Feb 10.
