While preparing to embark passengers and load cars for its ferry service to Lido at the port of Venice, the 'San Marco' suffered an engine malfunction on Oct 14, 2019, at 11.40 a.m. The passengers and their vehicles had to be transferred to the passenger ro/ro ferry 'Lido di Venezia' for the 12.30 p.m. service to Lido.
