Engine failure in storm
In winds blowing up to 40 m/sec along Skåne, the "RMS Rotterdam" being enroute from Liepaja to Frederikstad was pushed towards the coast at Kullen following an engine failure on Oct 28, 2013. The Crew was able to drop anchor, and the Swedish Coastguard vessel "KBV 001 - Poseidon" went on standby to assist if needed.
