Wilson Bergen seized after part of crew was found drunk
The "Wilson Bergen" was detained by the Danish authorities on Apr 28, 2017, after one crew member sounded drunk when the ship had a radio contact with the authorities. It was transiting the Øresund from the south and was ordered tp drop anchor south of Drogden Lighthouse, south of Amager Therefore, police and a doctor were taken to the vessel by the Danish Navy vessel "MHV Carina". The doctor took blood samples and found out that parts of the crew, including some of the officers of the ship, have a promille above the limit of 0.5 per thousand. The ship was released on Apr 29 at noon. It was en route from Szczecin to Alvik.
