Bulkcarrier detained in Chennai
The "Frontier Triumph" was detained in Dhamra in the Bay of Bengal, on June 14, 2016, and was anchored on Dhamra roads. The captain of the ship, Dango Alejendro Cainglet, and three crew members have been arrested on the charge of using Thuraya satellite phone on the ship while in Indian territorial waters, which is prohibited by Indian Law. They were taken to court on June 24.
