Ferry damaged by ice floes
Due to bad weather in the port of Vanino, all three ferries operating on the Vanino-Kholmsk route were delayed. At the same time, the d'Sakhalin-10' was damaged and suffered water ingress. The ship suffered cracks and dents en route to the port of Vanino on Jan 24, 2023, from ice floes. Repair work was being carried out on the ship at the pier of the port of Vanino.
