The captain of the "Force Ranger" was fined with 5150 Euro as he failed to register for theport state control, and therefore attracted attention of officials of the water police Brake on the plan. Although the control was without objection, the captain was charged for his failure. As the freighter has undergone such a control in August 2009, he was required to sign in again. During the PSC itself there were no complaints.
