Tanker involved in illegal STS transfer
The 'Tutuk' was secured by the Harbour Master's Office and the Batam City Special Port Authority after it was found to be carrying out illegal activities with the tanker 'Lynx Satu' in Batu Ampar waters, Batam, Riau Islands on March 7, 2022. The vessel was carrying out illegal ship-to-ship activities which were not accompanied by a complete official document permit. The Batam Special Port KSOP together with Batam City Customs and Excise conducted an inspection on the vessel.
