Turmalin

On June 3, 2018, at 10.10 a.m. the "Turmalin", after having left berth No. 3 in Vladivostok to proceed to the port's roads, allided with the quay after getting out of control. In the impact, the quay sustained significant damage. The bunker tanker sustained damage to its stern and a hull dent of about 3,5 meters length and 20 centimeters deep. Subsequently, the vessel moored alongside the damaged berth for investigations by the port authority before moving to the anchorage. The tanker was moored in pos. 43° 2.88' N 131° 55.03' E on June 5 at 7.30 p.m.
