Baseless arrest in Bangladesh, shipowners of Vinalines Star "call for help"
General Maritime Corporation Vietnam has released the report sent to the Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the vessel Star Vinalines arrested at the port of Chittagong, Bangladesh.
