Engine failure in Thessaloniki
On Dec 31, 2017, the Port Authority of Thessaloniki was informed about an engine failure aboard the "Max Venture" at the port of Thessaloniki. The ship was disabled due to damage to the ship's electronic systems with a subsequent outage of the propulsion. The ship was detained until the seaworthiness was restored and certificated by the classification society. The ship left the port again on Jan 4, 2018,around 5 p.m. and headed to Marsaxlokk, ETA Jan 7.
