Vehicles carrier rescued castaway
On Sep 22, 2020, the crew of the 'Primrose Ace' rescued a castaway in the Gulf of Thailand about 30 km off the west coast of Thailand. At 2:27 p.m. the vessel, being underway from Sohar Port in Oman to Laem Chabang Port in Thailand, spotted the castaway, and safely rescued him at 4:13 p.m. oOn Sep 25 at 4:50 p.m. he was handed over to the local authorities at the Laem Chabang Port anchorage.
