The cargo m/v "Xin Hai 78" allided with the "Toyo Peony" on March 20, 2018, at 4.20 p.m. in the port of Funabashi. The anchor chains of both vessels got entangled and subsequently, the chains came loose. The ships proceeded to Toyohashi after the accident.
