Barge sank in collision - one man still missing
In the night of Mar 13, 2012, the barge “HP 2868” and was in collision with the "Eastern Sun" which was enroute were Fang Cheng Gan - Haiphong. The cargo vessel crashed into the barge in Hai Phong City's Lach Huyen Canal. Two of its three crew members were saved some hours later. The "Eastern Sun" moored on Haiphong Anchorage.
