Crew member medevaced with burns
On Nov 8, 2023, at 6 a.m. the 'Tinerfe', en route from Palma de Mallorca to Algeciras, which was sailing 16 nmautical miles southwest of Estepona, reported that a crew member had suffered burns, and the Radiomedical Center advised a medical evacuation by sea. The 'Salvamar Gadir' took the victim off, along with an officer. Both were disembarked in Estepona, while the tanker continued on its way.
