Engine failure in Dardanelles
On Jan 23, 2015 at 9:20 p.m. the "Perth 1" suffered an engine failure during the North-south transit of the Dardanelles en route from the Ukraine with a cargo of corn on board. The Dardanelles Vessel Traffic Service dispatched the tug "Kurtama 10" to assist the drifting ship wich was secured and anchored at Boğazı Kanarya Burnu.
