Snapped mooring line blocked propeller
On the afternoon om March 21, 2026,the Rafina Port Authority was informed that during the preparation for departure of the 'Teologos P',, the mooring cable snapped, fell into the water and got entangled in the propeller. During the incident, a member of the ship's crew lost his balance and suffered minor facial injuries. The injured man was taken by private vehicle to a health facility for medical treatment. The Rafina Central Port Authority, which conducted the preliminary investigation, initially banned the ferry from sailing. After the cable was removed and a certificate of class maintenance was presented by the classification society that monitors it, it was allowed to continue its scheduled route to Andros, Tinos, Mykonos, with 673 passengers on board.
Nets entangled in anchor
On the morning of March 21 , 2025, th Port Department of Gavrio of the Andros Port Authority was informed by the Captain of the 'Theologis Pā that in the Kakogremi sea area outside the port of Gavrio, it was impossible to untie the starboard anchor, due entangled nets. The ship had set sail for the port of Rafina, with 44 crew members and 312 passengerson obard. The anchor was untangled from the nets, and the ship continued its voyage to the port of Rafina.
Ferry passenger medevaced
The Rafina Port Authority was informed in the afternoon of June 9, 2Ć23, that a 78-year-old passenger of the 'Theologos P' had suffered a heart attack on board the ship and required immediate hospital treatment, while the ship was performing a scheduled route from the port of Rafina to the ports of Andros, Tinos and Mykonos. First aid was initially provided by private doctors who were on board, while the patient was then transported by an ambulance to the General Hospital of Attica.
Passenger injured in fall on board
The Port Authority of Tinos was informed in the morning hours of May 22, 2023, by the Master of the 'Theologos P' about the injury of an 85-year-old passenger during the departure of the ship from the port of Tinos en route to the port of Gavrio, Andros. During the boarding the passenger had lost balance on the escalator and fell, resulting in a slight injury.
