Ferry Panstar Dream with 206 passengers on board suffered engine failure caused by coolant system break at around 1455 LT Aug 11, some 4.5 nm east of Busan. Vessel left Busan bound for Osaka. Two tugs took ferry on tow and towed her back to Busan.
