Allision in Colombo
In the port of Colombo, the pilot vessel 'Shat Al Arab' (IMO:9886316) allided with the 'AS Sicilia' on Aug 18,2021, which was berthed at the Bandaranyake Wharf for cargo operations. The pilot boat which has just been built byy the Colombo Dockyard PLC, was undergoing sea trials when the accident happeneed. The 'AS Sicilia' suffered minor damage to its port side. She remained stationary in port as of Aug 26.
