Medevac off Vung Tau
The Vietnamese lifeboat "SAR 413" medevaced an injured Chinese crew member of the "Hai Su 2" off Vung Tau on July 23, 2017. The Vietnam Maritime Search and Rescue Coordination Center received a request for assistance on July 22 after the Zhang Qi had suffered a stroke. He was currently receiving medical treatment at the Le Loi hospital in the city of Vung Tau.
