The "STX Mumbai" was detained in Singapore due to unpaid claims of creditors on request of the law firm Navin & Co acting on the creditors' behalf. The "STX Mumbai" has anchored off Singapore on June 14, 2013. It is the third STX Pan Ocean ships which was taken under arrest as security for liabilities. STX Pan Ocean went in receivership on June 7.
