Lock allision in dense fog
Enroute Antwerp-St. Petersburg the Nordic Philip" allided with the new Northern Lock in Brunsbuettel while entering the Kiel Canal eastbound on Nov 16,2012, at 5.17 a.m. The accident happened in dense fog. The damage was investigated while the ship remained within the lock. The ship continued at 6.30 a.m. It ahd suffered scratches and dents at starboard side.
