Medevac off Davao City
The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has evacuated a Burmese seaman who fell ill while on board the "K. Daphne" off Davao City. Than Htike Aung complained about difficulties in breathing, which resulted to continuous chest pain for more than four days. In the vicinity of Talicud Island Davao City the Coast Guard Response Vessel 4408 (BRP Cape San Agustin) evacuated him on Oct 25, 2018. He was brought to Metro Davao Medical and Research Center Hospital in Davao City for medical assistance.
