En route from Istanbul to Yuzhny, the ' Nota App' suffered an engine failure off Üsküdar in the Istanbul Strait on Jan 31, 2026. Under the coordination of the Istanbul Vessel Traffic Services Center, the tugs 'Kurtarma 6' (IMO: 9463176), 'Mehmetçik' (IMO: 9816268) and the 'Nazim Tur' (IMO: 9513086), took the ship in tow.
