The "Belstar" changed her course and approached Petropavlovsk to medevac a crew member which was in need of urgent medical assistance with appendix symptoms. The patient was medevaced by a boat during the night Dec 1, 2015, and the vessel then resumed its voyage. The ship was en route from Vancouver to Ko Si Chang.
