Ship disabled after engine failure
On Dec 28, 2015, at 1 p.m. the "Urgull" suffered engine failure in position 43 32N 139 15E in the Japan Sea, halfway between the Primorye region and Hokkaido coast. The vessel was en route to the Okhotsk Sea with supplies for fishing vessels. The tug "Grif" (IMO: 7920053) was under way to assist, ETA Dec 30 morning, from its home port Vladivostok.
