OW Bunker launches third barge in Singapore
OW Bunker, a marine fuel supplier has launched its third barge Marine Noel to expand physical operation in Singapore. The vessel has installed a Coriolis flow meter with the approval of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) to ensure product quantity.
