Robbers stole ship's stores
The "Diamondway" was boarded by five robbers armed with knives and pipe wrench, in position 10 11 40 N, 64 52 10.0 W, at the Puerto Jose anchorage, Venezuela, at 0410 a.m. on March 28, 2019. The perpetrators tied up the aft watch keeper and broke into the paint store. The alarm was raised, and the crew was mustered. Hearing the alerted crew, the robbers fled the vessel and escaped with stolen ship's stores.
