An arrest warrant has been issued in the U.S. on behalf of OW Bunker USA and OW Bunker North America, for the "Box Trader" due to unpaid bunker bills. The ship is reportedly currently being chartered by Hapag-Lloyd. After the bankrupt of OW Bunker they were trying to recover any cash they can in the wake of their collapse. OW Bunker's U.S. units made similar moves last week, having also had a warrant issued for the Chinese-owned "COSCO Piraeus".
