The bank Sogn og Fjordane has arrested the "BOS Angler" in India after the Bergen Oilfield Services went bankrupt. Sogn og Fjordane was involved in the financing of the vessel in 2007. Operators Bergen Oilfield Services in Bergen who managed the vessel went bankrupt. When being aarrested, the "BOS Angler" was operating in the Indian Ocean for Oil of India. The bank is trying to find an arrangement with the Indian oil company and to make the ship ready for sale as quickly as possible. The bank's lawyers in India will need a month or two before everything is ready.
