The 'MSC Sines R', en route from Antwerp to Le Havre, France with 22015 tonnes of containers suffered a water leak in a boiler in position 51 07 59 N, 001 29 10 E on April 5, 2022, at 6 p.m. UTC. The vessel left the Dover Strait's Traffic Separation Scheme to an anchorage off Deal for repairs by the crew. After the defect was rectified by the crew, the vessel resumed the voyage around 2 a.m. and arrived in Le Havre in the Port 2000 on April 6 at 5.45 p.m.
