The 'Arshan' suffered a technical failure at Nemrut Bay on Dec 10, 2019. She had sailed from Rostov on Don on Dec 3. The vessel's departure permission hwas cancelled by the Harbour Master until the completion of repairs. After state surveyors assessed the vessel, it left Nemrut Bay on Dec 11 at 7.30 a.m. and headed to Tuzla, ETA Dec 13, 9 a.m.
