The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration took delivery Friday of a 208-foot research vessel built by Marinette Marine Corp. in Marinette. The ship, the Reuben Lasker, is expected to support fish, marine mammals and turtle surveys off the U.S. West Coast and in the eastern tropical Pacific Ocean.
