Coming from Sines, where she had sailed on Dec 27, 2018, the "MSC Rochelle" suffered an engine failure while berthing in the port of Montreal, Quebec, in position 45 34.496 N, 073 30.574 W, on Jan 5, 2019, at 3.10 p.m. A second tug was requested to assist, and the ship was safely berthed at the Termont Maisonneuve Container Terminal where it remained stationary as of Jan 10.
