Ferry suffered mechanical trouble
The 'Armand Imbau II' suffered a mechanical failure on June 17, 2020, which could be rectified. On June 18 the same malfunction occurred again, and the ferry was sidelined in Tadoussac and will not be in operation until further notice. Departures will therefore take place every 40 minutes from at the Tadoussac-Baie-Sainte-Catherine crossing.

The crossings take place all 40 minutes on each side of the Saguenay River. The Société des traversiers du Québec hoped to have the trounbe resolved on Sep 1 with repairs immediately started.
