Double medevac off Menorca
Two crew members of the 'Navigare Boreas' were injured in a work accident on Feb 16, 2021. The Master requested medical assistance. The ship was sailing south of Menorca when Salvamento Maritimo was alerted. The Helimer 220 helicopter was deployed to medevac the two who were transferred to the hospital in Son Espases. The bulk carrier continued the voyage from Tarragona to Gabes with an ETA as of Feb 18.
