Medevac off Cuxhaven
An Indonesian Crew member of the "MSC Katie" was severly injured in an accident on board off Cuxhaven on 19, 2015. The lifeboat "Hermann Helms" transferred a medical on board, while the MRCC Bremen coordinated a medevac by an SAR helicopter of the German Navy after the man was stabilized. The "MSC Katie" was enroute from Hamburg to Rotterdam.
