21 stowaways found on ship
21 suspected Albanian stowaways were discovered on-board the "Rotra Mare" at Great Yarmouth. They were being dealt with by immigration officials after Border Force officers found the 19 men and two children on the vessel which was carrying wind turbine parts from Bilbao. The force was alerted to the vessel in the early hours of Sep 24, 2019, while it was anchored five miles from the port. Officers met the ship when it berthed at the port in the afternoon of Sep 25. They worked with Norfolk Police, the Coastguard, the Great Yarmouth Port Harbour Master and the vessel's agent to deal with the discovery.
