Crew member died after being stabbed
A crew member of the ''Nes Progress' died on Jan 1, 2021, north off Keelung, Taiwan. He was twice stabbed by another crew member during a fight, being hit in chest and abdomen. The 27-year old Myanmarese mam was hoisted by a helicopter and transported to a hospital. He was declared dead upon his arrival there. The tanker reached Keelung late on Jan 1. The Coastguard arrested the attacker and carried out an investigation.
