The "Nevskiy 31", 2781 dwt, ran aground near the southern tip of Seskar island in the eastern Gulf of Finland on Oct 17, 2018, at 7 p.m. The hopper was loaded with sand from the dredger "Leningradskaya 1" and was en route to St. Petersburg. The hopper "Nevskiy 35" went alongside. the casualty on Oct 19 in pos. 59° 59.31' N 028° 23.03' E.
